【个人简介】
Hongjie Xiong  
Dr. Xiong currently is the director of Production Enhancement, Texas Oil and Gas Institute (TOGI), and an adjunct professor of Petroleum Engineering Dept., Texas A&M University, College Station, USA.
 
Dr. Xiong is a licensed Professional Engineer with significant and diversified managerial and technical experiences in domestic and international oil and gas operations.  His expertise includes conventional and unconventional reservoir exploration and development, reserve evaluation, well stimulation, technology development, oil and gas property evaluation and economic analysis.
 
Prior to joining TOGI, Dr. Xiong had been the Global Reservoir Engineering Advisor for ConocoPhillips for more than 10 years, where his main responsibilities were to evaluate company-wide exploration and field development projects, advise senior management for funding approvals and/or project sanctions, and provide guidelines to appraise and develop unconventional resources plays, including Niobrara, Eagle Ford, Bakken, Permian basin, Montney, and Horn River.
 
Prior positions include the manager of production optimization for Schlumberger Data and Consulting Services in Houston.  Hongjie holds BS and MS degrees from Southwest Petroleum Institute, and a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
 
Active in the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), he had served in several SPE technical committees, currently is a review committee member of SPE Production and Operation Journal. Dr. Xiong has published more than 50 technical papers.
 
 
熊宏杰博士,1982年毕业于西南石油大学采油专业,1992年博士毕业于德克萨斯农工大学石油工程专业,现为德克萨斯油气研究所生产部门主任, 德克萨斯农工大学(英文全称 Texas A&M University,英文简称 TAMU)石油工程专业教授。曾长期任ConocoPhillips公司副总工程师(油藏), 非常规油气藏技术大会储集性能分会主席, 国际石油工程师协会 (SPE) 资深会员, 曾在多个SPE 技术委员会任职,SPE Production and Operation Journals 编辑委员。 熊宏杰教授在国际石油与天然气业务方面有近三十年的丰富工作经验,专长于常规和非常规油气藏勘探开发管理、油气储量评估、油气井增产、油气资产评价和经济分析,是业内非常规油气藏看他开发著名专家;研发了石油行业第一个水力压裂设计专辑系统、第一个诊断储层损害机理专家系统;提出了应用于预测非常规油气井产能的多段DCA方法,研究确定了非常规油气藏压裂设计缝长和生产缝长之间的差距,并提出了缩小差距的建议和布置井距的方法;研究并提出了分析和预测非常规油气藏产能的最佳方法、非常规油气井完井设计优化方法、非常规油气井井距试验、油气田实时生产优化工作流程和模型。在国际专业杂志和技术会议上发表近50多篇技术论文。
